I've been busy this week with a new website up and running called Safe Living Tips. The URL or Internet Address is safeliving.tips Not .com, .org, or anything else you might be used to, just .tips. Combined with the minimum necessary social media of course: Facebook and Twitter. Daily safety tips and information plus a monthly newsletter. We'll see where it goes in time. I'll be looking for guest bloggers, sponsors, and advertisers! Not to mention readership of course, so take a look if you get a chance.
Last week I made a less than simple country pate, complete with heavy cream. Oh so good. It takes an hour or two to prepare, a day to marinate, about 2-3 hours of cooking and another 8 hours in the fridge - basically 3 days. I have a few tweaks to the recipe I will try starting tomorrow, so by this weekend I'll be ready to post the recipe if all goes well. For a lesson in preparing terrines and pates, I unreservedly recommend this episode of The French Chef with Julia Child.
